David Gebler - president and founder 
David is the President of Working Values, Ltd. and a Senior Vice-President of SmartPros Ltd., the professional education firm that acquired Working Values in 2003. Since founding Working Values in 1993 as a strategic communications and learning agency, David has become a recognized thought leader in the emerging field of values-based ethics and integrity risk management. Working Values has maintained a cherished reputation as an innovator of new approaches to raise the awareness of ethics and values in major organizations through consulting with senior leaders on the deployment of integrity-based processes and the development of interactive ethics and compliance training programs.
A business lawyer by training, David received his Juris Doctor from the University of California in Davis. As an attorney in private practice, David gained extensive experience in both bank regulatory and software licensing issues. David worked in Israel for CBS Records International as Director of Business Affairs, and as a staff lawyer for El Al Israel Airlines. David became familiar with the regulatory and compliance issues of public companies while serving as Corporate Counsel for Gamma International Ltd.
As the company’s senior practice leader and strategist, David works with clients to shape program goals and articulate the links between the organization’s values and the behaviors required to implement those values. David is the creator of the Integrity Alignment™ Process, a methodology used by companies to close the gap between behaviors and company standards. David’s work has benefited clients such as America Online Corporation, The Boeing Company, Coors Brewing Company, Raytheon, Reebok, and Schering Plough Corporation, among others.
David is a noted speaker on ethics and values and their role in the workplace. David has led senior -manager workshops for clients world-wide and has led numerous sessions at audit, communications, and ethics conferences, including the Conference Board of Canada, the Division 1 Athletic Directors and workshops at the Ethics Officer Association Annual Conference for the past five years and at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Conference. In December 2003 and in January 2005, David led seminars on Business Ethics in Tel Aviv, Israel sponsored by the Business Ethics Center of Jerusalem, for which David serves on its International Advisory Committee.
In 2003 David became a Research Fellow at the Center for Business Ethics at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts to further his research in systems and processes to help organizations reduce risks to their reputation and develop ethical cultures.
Steve Henn - president, smartpros legal 
Prior to his position at SmartPros, Mr. Henn was President and founder of Cognistar, a leading provider of online continuing education to lawyers. Before founding Cognistar, Mr. Henn was Vice President and CFO of MangoSoft Corporation, a developer of advanced networking software, and has held executive positions at Accent Color Sciences, Inc., CompuDyne Corporation, and Corcap, Inc., where he served on the Board of Directors until 1994. Mr. Henn is also an attorney, admitted to the Connecticut and Federal bars, specializing in corporate and securities law. Mr. Henn has been an advisor to several Internet-related companies and is a past member of the Massachusetts Department of Education Advisory Council on Global Education. Mr. Henn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and JD from the University of Connecticut.
Catherine Finamore Henry - vice president, business development 
Catherine Finamore Henry is the current Vice President, Business Development at Working Values, Ltd. Ms. Henry is an experienced corporate governance professional with proven success in the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate compliance and ethics programs. Prior to joining Working Values, Ms. Henry was Senior Director of Compliance and Ethics at Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. Ms. Henry was Ombudsman and Director of Ethics and Employee Relations at NetJets, Inc. and also has tenure as a PricewaterhouseCoopers management consultant. Ms. Henry has written for Internal Auditor and has presented compliance and ethics sessions for the Practising Law Institute and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Ms. Henry has served on the Advisory Board for the Williams College of Business Center for Business Ethics & Social Responsibility at Xavier University; the Council for Ethics and Economics Board of Trustees; and as Director and Audit Committee Chair for KEMBA Financial Credit Union. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds an MBA from Youngstown State University, where she received an Ohio Research Grant for business ethics research in moral development.
Wendy Williams - director of learning solutions 
Wendy has been a writer for over 12 years, with substantial experience in marketing communications, script writing and education. At Working Values, she has developed a variety of online learning courses and sales training materials, most notably a course in Sexual Harassment Awareness and Reporting for the Innovation Cafe. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in Theater Arts with a minor in Education and has continued her studies with courses in marketing and writing.
Anjali Gupta - managing director 
Anjali Gupta brings to Working Values an extensive background in corporate social responsibility, media/communications, and training. Prior to joining Working Values, Anjali was Managing Director of Ethics Inc., a corporate training and communications company focused on business ethics and compliance programs delivered across all platforms. Anjali has produced highly acclaimed learning programs for her past clients including MCI, U.S. Foodservice, Sony Electronics, and Raytheon. Previously, Anjali held the positions of Program Director at WGBH, a Boston-based public broadcasting affiliate, and Manager of Corporate Communications at KLD Research and Analytics. Anjali has also held university lecturer positions in the Departments of English at Tufts and Northwestern Universities.
