A well-written Code is not just a legal document, but the centerpiece of the organization's integrity efforts. The Code communicates expectations and is a reference point for ongoing training and communication.

Learning Moments     View the Learning Moments PDF

Working Values' "Learning Moments" help reinforce and sustain an ethics program by delivering key messages and learning points to specific employee and manager groups - throughout the organization and throughout the year.

In each five-minute online episode viewers are introduced to a brief video vignette on a specific ethics and compliance topic. The viewer is guided through a learning question, giving feedback and then directing employees to key company resources for more information.

Quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly editions can be launched via an e-mail link or posted on the company's intranet. Each episode is easily customizable to meet the needs of individual companies. A reporting feature enables ethics and compliance managers to actively analyze and manage employees' understanding of the topics at hand.
